Contact for Price

The Meyer Sound Galileo GALAXY is a networked digital signal processor (DSP) designed to provide comprehensive control over Meyer Sound loudspeaker systems. It offers advanced processing capabilities, seamless integration, and user-friendly operation, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from touring productions to fixed installations.

Key Features:

- Advanced Audio Processing: The GALAXY processor operates at a 96 kHz sample rate and utilizes 24-bit/96 kHz A/D and D/A converters. It includes input processing tools such as gain, delay, 5-band parametric EQ, and 5-band U-Shaping EQ. Output processing tools encompass gain, delay, polarity reversal, 10-band parametric EQ, 5-band U-Shaping EQ, Low-Mid Beam Control (LMBC), atmospheric correction, high- and low-pass filters, and all-pass filters.

- Network Integration: The GALAXY platform is fully networkable, with multiple units sharing 24-bit/96 kHz multi-channel audio via an AVB network. This facilitates seamless integration into complex audio systems and ensures high-quality audio transmission.

- User-Friendly Control: The processor is compatible with Meyer Sound's Compass control software, providing an intuitive interface for system configuration and monitoring. This allows for efficient management of audio parameters and system settings.

- Flexible Connectivity: The GALAXY series includes models with varying input and output configurations to suit different system requirements. For example, the GALAXY 408 offers 4 inputs and 8 outputs, while the GALAXY 816 provides 8 inputs and 16 outputs.

Applications:

The Galileo GALAXY is suitable for a variety of applications, including:

- Touring sound systems

- Fixed installations in theaters, concert halls, and houses of worship

- Corporate AV systems

- Broadcast and recording studios
